Had a really enjoyable four days this week working with residents of Leonard Cheshire Disability, Alne Hall, near Easingwold, North Yorks. We are creating four mosaics for the newly redesigned walled garden.

Each mosaic is dedicated to:

The Centenary of Leonard Cheshire Disability (LCD) as a charity
Sixty Years of Alne Hall being occupied by residents of LCD
The long service of newly retired Manager
In memory of one of the residents

I'll be posting photos in a couple of weeks once the mosaics are complete.

If you are considering volunteering I can't recommend this organisation highly enough. It is incredibly rewarding work and a joy.
