Here is one of five floor mosaics I created commissioned by Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council to be included in some major groundworks in Athersley,
Five primary schools in Athersley were included in the design process and each design has relevance to the area.
Kes – Holy Trinity Primary School
The 1969 film Kes was filmed in Athersley around the old St. Helens School where Holy Trinity now stands and both Dai Bradley and Brian Glover grew up in Barnsley
