It has been a busy couple of months continuing work supporting Rural Arts Hearts and Crafts Project providing mosaic workshops in Thirsk and North Yorkshire villages with the over 70s to relieve social isolation and build community ties through the arts.

I have visited Borrowby, Dishforth, Ampleforth, Kilburn, Sessay, Husthwaite, Thirsk East and Thirsk at Rural Arts creating mosaic coasters.

The project is funded by Henry Smith Charity and The National Lottery Community Fund.
